Great response time. The instructor and staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. I learned so much in one day that I thought I knew in my lifetime. If you are faced with the possibility of having to defend yourself, get the tools to do it the right way. Superior Firing is Superior. I highly recommend and will be taking the advanced class.
